Description
Ben’s arrival in Malta is a running away of sorts, propelled by the choice of living a mundane life to escape into oblivion. A loner, Ben rents a flat overlooking Spinola Bay and becomes a regular visitor of Paceville’s nightlife, where erotic experiences and tumultuous relationships shape his empty life. Passionate encounters with Nino and Maria, amid bouts of jealousy, draw Ben close to a precipice, against a backdrop of mysterious deaths and blank spaces. Between shards of a secretive past and an equally sinister present, Ben’s mind shapes an itinerary from which there is no escape.
